ABOUT THE SHOWIn the aftermath of the 2024 election, Justin and Morgan—both transgender veterans—found themselves reeling from the implications of the results, concerned about what the political shift could mean for the broader LGBTQIA+ community. When a local news outlet reached out to Morgan for comment on the Trump administration’s policies affecting LGBTQ individuals within the VA, she invited Justin to join her for a joint interview, recognizing the power of speaking together as veterans and advocates. That collaboration sparked something deeper. The two began discussing the need for a platform that could inform, uplift, and give voice to those impacted by ongoing legislative and cultural attacks. Out of those conversations, the idea for a podcast was born.To bring their vision to life, Justin enlisted the help of his nephew, Aaron—a seasoned producer, musician, and comedian known for his work in Arkansas’s creative scene. With Aaron on board, the three created a bi-weekly podcast built on honest conversation, accessible education, and moments of humor and levity. Their natural chemistry and shared sense of purpose have made the show a unique space for thoughtful, engaging dialogue—with a message rooted in resilience and hope.
